Welcome to Sydney Rain Photography. By booking a session, using this website, or purchasing photography services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

• A signed contract and any required retainer fee are needed to secure your session date.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the due date stated in your invoice.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Session Attendance

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, fees paid may be forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond either party’s control.

• Clients should provide as much notice as possible when requesting a reschedule.

• Cancellation policies will be outlined in the individual session contract.

Image Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on session type and workload.

• Raw, unedited images are not provided.

Copyright & Usage

• Sydney Rain Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.

• Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their images.

• Images may not be sold, altered significantly, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Photographer Portfolio Use

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sydney Rain Photography may use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

• While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Sydney Rain Photography shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including equipment failure, weather events, or other unforeseen situations.
